Brent Lettich

Brent was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and leads the 1st Advantage Property Management team. Brent served in the Infantry in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 through 1992, including the 1st Gulf War, Desert Shield, and Desert Storm. Brent is also a competitive marksman. After serving in the Marine Corp, Brent returned to Central Pennsylvania, where he continues to work and live. He has two adult daughters, one on active duty in the United States Air Force and the other is married to a Marine. Brent’s loves spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
Alyssa Spease

Alyssa is a full time property manager and real estate agent with 1st Advantage. She has held a real estate license since August of 2022 and has been successfully managing personal rental units alongside her partner since 2019. Alyssa was raised in Central PA and graduated from Shippensburg University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Helping others and providing outstanding service has always been important to Alyssa, and she is incredibly enthusiastic about growing with 1st Advantage Property Management.
Brenna Rhoades

Brenna is a property manager and has held her real estate license since May 2024. She was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. Providing a caring and helpful attitude is her most important value. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family. She longs to bring a little bit of joy into everyone’s day! She is eager and excited to learn and grow in her Real Estate career. She would love to help you with your property management and real estate needs!
Tim Costello
