Brent was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and leads the 1st Advantage Property Management team. Brent served in the Infantry in the United States Marine Corps from 1986 through 1992, including the 1st Gulf War, Desert Shield, and Desert Storm. Brent is also a competitive marksman. After serving in the Marine Corp, Brent returned to Central Pennsylvania, where he continues to work and live. He has two adult daughters, one on active duty in the United States Air Force and the other is married to a Marine. Brent’s loves spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.

Andrew is a full-time property manager and real estate agent at 1st Advantage. He was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and then joined the the United States Navy in 2010. Andrew has applied the discipline, attention to detail, and work ethic he developed in his eleven years of active duty service to his real estate career. Andrew resides in Carlisle with his wife Bonnie and their five children.
